Though legal outsourcing is not a new phenomenon, industry experts are just discovering its potential according to a recent article by the Economic Times.

 

According to leading market researchers Forrester Research and Nasscom, the legal outsourcing industry is a potential billion dollar industry with tens of thousands of jobs outsourced to India by 2015. Pangea3 Co-CEO, Sanjay Kamlani, provides insight into the cost differential between U.S. legal attorney fees and Pangea3’s fees. With rates that are a fraction of U.S. legal fees, the Economic Times predicts that the legal outsourcing industry, though a niche industry, could be extremely profitable.
