Arunesh Dayal
Assistant Vice President – Corporate Legal Services

Arunesh is an Assistant Vice President of Corporate Legal Services in Pangea3’s Mumbai office. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing Pangea3’s corporate attorneys, supervising corporate projects and quality control. Arunesh specializes in technology contracts, service agreements, supplier contracts and carrier contracts.

Prior to joining Pangea3, Arunesh was in-house Legal Counsel for Red Hat, an open source software company with extended responsibilities for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, he worked with clients in the financial, retail and government sectors to help them understand both Red Hat's subscription business model and open source licensing issues.

Arunesh has in-house legal expertise working for TOTAL, the world's fourth largest international oil and gas major and RPG Cables, a subsidiary of RPG Group, one of India’s largest conglomerates in the entertainment, power, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, retail, carbon black and transmission industries.

Arunesh has an LL.B. from Lucknow University.
