Corporate commercial lawyers (Solicitors / LLMs / LLBs) with 2-10 years experience in drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and structuring contracts. Experience with , Services Agreements, Telecom and IT agreements will be an added advantage. Candidates should have excellent written and communication skills. Opportunities for secondments in Europe.

Scientists/Engineers/Technologists & Patent Lawyers

Engineering graduates (B.Tech or equivalent - Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Software, Organic Chemistry or Biotechnology) with 0-7 years experience in drafting patent applications, IP landscaping, prior art searches, patent mining, IPAM and claims mapping studies.
Required skills: Technical, analytical, written and spoken, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of patent laws and procedures are preferred but not required.

Legal Research - Managers / Sr. Specialists / Specialists

Solicitors / LLMs / LLBs with 1-7 years experience in legal research. Candidates will be required to research issues based on US law, advise clients accordingly and draft relevant legal briefs. Candidates with experience in Westlaw or LexisNexis (databases) are preferred. Candidates should have excellent written and communication skills.

Editor

Proof Readers with 1-3 years experience in editing and compilation of content. Reviewing for grammatical errors. Confirming to the company's style guide. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should possess strong editing and proof reading skills.

Patent Lawyer
Role:
Supervise and review preparation of patent applications by our in house patent agents and attorneys for filing in EP, JP, US and WO jurisdictions
Supervise and review a full suite of patent research and analysis projects including prior art searches, competitive intelligence, landscapes, patentability studies, infringement/non-infringement studies, in/validity studies, and freedom-to-operate studies
Work with lawyers, engineers, scientists and technical experts to protect and leverage IP
Ensure international standards work product quality
