Contract Lawyers:
Corporate commercial lawyers (Solicitors / LLMs / LLBs) with 2-10 years of experience in drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and structuring commercial contracts across multi-national jurisdictions primarily North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific. The nature of the agreements range from corporate transaction related arrangements, vendor/supplier relationships, services or sale/purchase transactions. In most cases these agreements are for Fortune 500 Europe or US based multi-nationals and their worldwide affiliates dealing with contracting parties of all types worldwide.
Scientists/Engineers/Technologists & Patent Lawyers
Engineering graduates (B.Tech or equivalent - Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Software, Organic Chemistry or Biotechnology) with up to 7 years of experience to focus on drafting patent applications, IP landscaping, patentability, patent mining, IPAM and claims mapping studies.
Required skills: Strong analytical and critical skills for comprehending complex technical documents. Prior patent drafting experience would be an added advantage.
Legal Research / Litigation Lawyers
Solicitors / LLMs / LLBs with 1-7 years of experience in legal research and drafting of briefs, memoranda and court filings. Our litigation team performs traditional non-court attendance based litigation services for US and European law firms and corporate counsels. These services include researching issues based on US law and drafting relevant briefs and memoranda and conversing with corporate in-house counsels or attorneys at law firms regarding the issues and the research. Candidates with experience in Westlaw or LexisNexis (databases) are preferred. Candidates should have excellent command over written and communication skills.

Role:
- Supervise and review preparation of patent applications by our in house patent agents and attorneys for filing in EP, JP, US and WO jurisdictions
- Supervise and review a full suite of patent research and analysis projects including prior art searches, competitive intelligence, landscapes, patentability studies, infringement/non-infringement studies, in/validity studies, and freedom-to-operate studies
- Work with lawyers, engineers, scientists and technical experts to protect and leverage IP
- Ensure international standards work product quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting stringent deadlines
- Coordinate between client and operations team
- Support business development activities
- Act as a liaison with corporate partners on patent related matters
- Participate in budgeting and review processes to evaluate team members in the patent channel
