Christopher Wheeler
Assitstant Vice President, Litigation and Risk Management

Christopher S. Wheeler serves as Assistant Vice President, Litigation and Risk Management at Pangea3.  Christopher is based in Pangea3’s New Delhi office, where he oversees electronic discovery and specialized legal research and writing projects.  His litigation experience includes seven years in the litigation department of Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas, LLP, in Springfield, Massachusetts, and three clerkships (with the Hon. John L. Coffey, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, with the Hon. Frederic Block, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and with the Hon. John G. Baker, Indiana Court of Appeals).  Prior to affiliating with Pangea3 in 2008, Mr. Wheeler was an Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.

Christopher earned a B.A., from Hillsdale College (1984), an M.A. in English from Purdue University (1988), and a J.D. from Indiana University--Bloomington (1991).  All degrees were with honors.  He is licensed to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Indiana, as well as in most federal district and circuit courts associated with those jurisdictions.
