Pangea3’s attorneys drafted telecom contracts and policies including reseller agreements for broadband and VOIP, privacy and acceptable use policies, terms and conditions for use of websites, and software licenses and amendments. In addition, we also reviewed and standardized templates, and created an intake process for all contracts of a particular business division.

Our attorneys assisted client on papering various technology-related projects, often operating as second chair. The project included drafting and revising contract documents using client’s playbook and best practices contracting methods. In addition, the client subsequently hired Pangea3 to audit and consolidate it's forms/templates library. Our attorneys revised the templates to comply with the client’s updated policies and preferred language.

Our attorneys supported the firm’s defeasance transactions, including review of pledge and security agreements, defeasance assignments and assumption and release agreements, and prepared short-form terms and conditions to assist in client review.
