PLI Outsourcing 2011
Pangea3 Vice President and Managing Director, Global Litigation Solutions, Greg McPolin, will speak at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) hosted "Outsourcing 2011: Structuring, Negotiation and Governance" on October 31st. Outsourcing experts will convene at the PLI New York Center to speak on a range of practical topics related to outsourcing for lawyers. The program will also be webcast, and groupcast in: Mechanicsburg, Pittsburgh, Boston and Philadelphia. Participants will learn effective negotiation strategies for creating and realizing value in outsourcing transactions, common IP approaches and pitfalls in these global transactions, and how to manage risk and maximize value in global sourcing.
