- FTP: Clients may submit projects directly to Pangea3's server via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Pangea3's internal information technology staff is available to assist clients in coordinating delivery through this channel. How is Work Assigned and Distributed within Pangea3? Once we receive a new project from a client, Pangea3 sends the client an acknowledgement e-mail with a unique project code and a new project intake form. This project code is assigned by our workflow team and will be used in all future correspondence regarding this project. Our service delivery managers then review the information from the new project intake form and consequently send questions, clarifications and an estimated project timeline directly to the client. In cases where a project is urgent, our managers will speak to our clients directly rather than corresponding via e-mail. After the scope, scale, billing rate and delivery timeline of the project are clear, Pangea3's managers assign the project to a skilled Pangea3 specialist whose expertise and availability match the project scope and delivery timeline. How does Pangea3 Oversee Client Work and Provide Quality Control? At Pangea3, the quality of our work is given top priority and is a primary focus. Pangea3 recommends a team approach because it allows Pangea3 to appropriately staff each project with junior, mid-level and senior associates, and allows for uninterrupted service during employee vacations and illness.
