Internal pressure to provide legal services efficiently and cost-effectively to legal departments is rising, and many are meeting this demand by honing project management skills. This October 11th, Pangea3 is sponsoring the Litigation Project Management Series 2011 with InsideCounsel and West LegalEd at the Network Meeting Center at Techmart in Santa Clara, CA.
This conference will host experienced faculty who will show in-house counsel how to successfully apply the key principles of project management to litigation matters. Pangea3 Director of Litigation Solutions, Ken Nourse, will present critical insights into litigation project management (LPM) and its relevance to, and application by, in-house counsel.
“I’m looking forward to my interactive session focusing on the practical application of LPM models to the challenges presented by complex litigation,” says Ken, “Proper oversight of the litigation process has never been more challenging and participants will explore several ways of thinking about LPM in combination with real-life litigation scenarios that beg for efficient, effective, and defensible management.”
Regardless of the ultimate goal – be it honing LPM skills, gaining a better understanding of LPM principles for purpose of overseeing those who manage litigation more hands-on, or both – Ken believes that each participant will benefit from attending the Litigation Project Management Series 2011.
