Mr. McPolin’s presentation, “Ethical, Legislative and Practical Issues in Legal Process Outsourcing,” was held at the PLI New York Center, Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern and is now available on-demand.

- Client disclosure and consent
- Avoiding conflicts of interest
- Confidentiality guidelines and policies
