Marilyn O. Primiano
Vice President, Legal Services (Europe)

Marilyn Primiano serves as Vice President, Legal Services and is based, full time, in Europe.  Prior to this, Marilyn spent several years overseeing Pangea3’s litigation and corporate projects across Washington, DC and Mumbai, India. While residing in Mumbai for over four years, Marilyn managed large document reviews, research projects and contract abstractions, and developed hands-on expertise in offshore project management.  In her current capacity, Marilyn uses her expertise in offshore project management and Pangea3’s operations to support the integration of litigation and corporate projects on behalf of U.S. and European Union based clients.

Before joining Pangea3, Marilyn served as a senior executive in the legal outsourcing division of Datamatics Technologies. Prior to her career in legal services outsourcing, Marilyn was an associate at the Philadelphia based law firm of Dilworth Paxson, LLP where her practice focused on complex litigation and bankruptcy.

Marilyn received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
