Naveen joins Pangea3 as Chief Financial Officer. With over 22 years experience, Naveen is a pro-active and result oriented professional with verifiable year after year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within start-up and rapid-change environments. He has expertise in appraising project viability, analyzing existing systems and procedures, preparing business continuity plans, designing internal control systems, facilitating effective decision-making and strong on-the-job expertise on project financing, control and capitalization of large projects. He also has meticulous planning and organizational skills in coordinating all the aspects of projects from inception to completion.

Prior to joining Pangea3, Naveen worked with a very successful Sequoia funded company, Globallogic. Naveen joined Globallogic when it was just $6Mn in revenue and had 300 employees.. Within a span of four and a half years, Globallogic grew to a revenue run rate of $100Mn with 3,000 employees. He was instrumental in defining robust, scalable processes and systems , conducting due diligence on mergers and acquisition candidates and integrating the acquired entities into the Globallogic fold. Prior to Globallogic, Naveen worked with Xansa (India) Ltd. as Vice President (Finance), which grew from 600 employees to 3,000 employees within a span of six years.

Naveen has a good knowledge of prevalent economic/financial reforms in financial markets with excellent communication, relationship management and analytical skills. He is a keen analyst with exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills with proven abilities in liaising with banks, financial institutions and various regulatory authorities. He has exhibited exceptional leadership and team building qualities.
