Pangea3 Appoints Marilyn Primiano as Vice President, Legal Services - Forbes
NEW YORK, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Pangea3 LLC, the global leader in legal process outsourcing to corporate in-house counsel and U.S. law firms, has named Marilyn Primiano as Vice President, Legal Services.
Primiano will report to Pangea3's Co-CEO, Sanjay Kamlani, and will work with the existing management team to oversee operations in Mumbai where she will be based. Primiano will complement Pangea3's current U.S. attorney team in Mumbai focusing on operational processes and continue delivering U.S.-quality legal services to Pangea3's worldwide clientele.

Prior to joining Pangea3, Primiano was the Head of Business at Datamatics Technologies, Ltd., an international business process outsourcing company, where she led the legal business process outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing division. Primiano was responsible for the day-to-day management of the division including attorney supervision, quality control, training, recruitment and retention. She also served as the U.S. liaison between foreign clients and Datamatics' India offices.

Prior to Datamatics, Primiano was an attorney at the Philadelphia-based law firm Dilworth Paxson, LLP, where she specialized in insurance litigation, complex commercial litigation, and bankruptcy law.
Primiano holds a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
