Priya Gidwani
Vice President - Finance

Priya joined Pangea3 in 2006 as Vice President – Finance. In this role, she leads the company's global financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and treasury management functions. Priya came to Pangea3 with 20 years of experience in finance, primarily with US based multi-nationals such as Siebel Systems (currently a part of Oracle) and Providian Corporation (currently a part of Washington Mutual Card Services). Prior to joining Pangea3, Priya served as the General Manager, Corporate Finance Accounting and Controlling Policies, at Siemens Corporate Finance Ltd. She has extensive experience in various aspects of finance including accounting, planning and budgeting, strategic development, information systems, taxation and procurement. In the legal process outsourcing (LPO) industry, Priya has developed a tremendous level of expertise in best practices relating to US and UK legal industry pricing mechanisms and cost structures.

Priya is a Chartered Accountant (India), a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Management Accountant from the US. She also has a Masters in Accounting from the Illinois State University.
