Rachita Maker
Rachita Maker serves as Assistant Vice President - Corporate. In this role, she oversees and manages Pangea3’s M&A due diligence, contract review and summarization, abstraction and data migration projects for clients in the banking, telecom and IT services industry. Her expertise lies in strategizing solutions for clients based on their current processes and business requirements.
Rachita has over seven years of legal offshore outsourcing experience. She joined Pangea3’s founding India-based management team in 2005 and has played an important part in the growth of the company and particularly the Corporate Department.
Prior to joining Pangea3, Rachita worked with E-Serve International Ltd. (a part of Citigroup) as a Bankruptcy Specialist for CitiFinancial Mortgage Co. in Texas, where she collaborated with U.S. attorneys nationwide on foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Rachita has a degree in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, India. |
