Rajesh Manik
Vice President – Human Resources

As the head of Pangea3’s Human Resources department, Rajesh brings more than 14 years experiences in Human Resources working with leading international corporations such as HSBC Group, Reliance Communications, CMS Computers and ANZ Bank.

Rajesh has extensive experience leading the Human Resources teams in the Asia-Pacific region for large international companies in the financial services, telecommunications, information technology, banking, advertising and marketing industries. Rajesh is an innovative, hands-on HR professional with an expertise in the conceptualization and execution of HR best practices, performance management models and HR systems & processes.

Prior to joining Pangea3, Rajesh served as the Head of Human Resources with HSBC Investsmart Ltd., India’s leading investment bank and brokerage firm. While working for HSBC, he was instrumental in re-engineering the HR team to improve efficiency.

Rajesh has an MBA from SIES College of Management Studies.
