Paul Zengilowski Director, Legal Solutions
Paul serves as Director, Legal Solutions at Pangea3. Based in the Northeastern United States, he advises clients on legal solutions throughout that region. He has worked with a broad range of law departments and law firms, researching and addressing important issues around their business and operational processes.
Before joining Pangea3, Paul was responsible for IntApp’s Revenue Management Practice. Prior to that, he served as DataCert’s Associate General Manager of the Corporate Legal Division. During his tenure at DataCert, he also held leadership roles in product marketing, product strategy and sales management.
Paul has extensive experience and perspective on corporate law department and law firm financial and operational management challenges. He has spoken frequently at industry conferences, and has spent nearly 20 years designing, delivering and supporting software and services solutions to Fortune 500 law departments and AmLaw 200 law firms.
Paul received his B.A. from Harvard College, and has completed Executive course work at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. |

Max Grover Legal Counsel Marcela “Max” Grover joins Pangea3 as the New York based Legal Counsel. Her varied responsibilities include overseeing customer contract drafting and negotiation, handling professional and employment law related matters, supporting business development and marketing activities and advising on general business and legal matters. Max is a skilled lawyer whose experience has fully prepared her to be Legal Counsel at Pangea3. Previously she served as General Counsel for Evident Software, Inc. In that position she supervised the legal aspects of expansion to India, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom; provided daily legal advice; and hired and supervised outside law firms for a variety of matters. She worked closely with the CEO and CFO regarding filings and other corporate matters, revenue recognition issues and Board meeting preparation. Additionally, Max regularly negotiated and drafted multi-million dollar license agreements, professional services agreements, reselling agreements, original equipment manufacturer agreements and partnership agreements with multi-national corporations. She created and streamlined the contract process at Evident Software, and worked closely with the sales team to assure the seamless negotiation of business issues. Most recently, Max reviewed and revised compliance manuals, disclosure documents and corporate agreements, as Compliance and Legal Consultant at Beacon Wealth Management, LLC. At Beacon Wealth Management, she also supervised outside counsel regarding arbitration and litigation proceedings, and participated in an annual internal audit of compliance procedures pursuant to SEC guidelines. Max clerked for judges at the United States Bankruptcy Court, S.D.N.Y. and for Federal Bankruptcy Judge J.A. Goodman before joining Berlack Israels & Liberman LLP as an associate. She actively engages with other business law professionals as a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP), the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and the American Bar Association (ABA) sections on Business Law and Intellectual Property. Max has a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from Hamilton College. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars. |

Sujata Kapoor Assistant Vice President, Human Resources
Sujata heads the Learning & Development function of Pangea3’s Human Resources Department, making her responsible for all Talent Management and Development initiatives. One of her prime responsibilities is identifying the skill gaps in the organization and ensuring that they are plugged. Her focus is ensuring that every employee has access to all the skills needed to either perform in the current role or in future roles within the organization.
Prior to joining Pangea3, Sujata worked with JP Morgan Chase where she was responsible for the design and delivery of all people-related strategic projects and initiatives. Prior to that, Sujata was head of Talent Management and Employee Engagement at ICICI Securities Limited. Sujata brings with her a wide range of experience in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition and Incentive plans, Organization Development and Organizational Job Clusters, Career Progression, Identification & Development of Critical Talent.
She has BA from St. Francis College for Women and an MBA from Osmania University. In addition, Sujata holds an Advance Certification in Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management and is a certified assessor in SHL’s Psychometric Tools. |

Ashoke Prasad Assistant Vice President, Litigation Solutions
Ashoke completed his LLM in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center. He received his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and his B.S. in Economics from University of Michigan. Ashoke is also a CPA candidate and has passed the Financial and Accounting Regulation (FAR) and Business and Economic Concept (BEC) sections of that exam in addition to the Illinois Bar. |

Sajeev Kutty Assistant Vice President, Information Technology
Sajeev Kutty is an Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Pangea3 and has 13 years of IT service industry experience in LPO, logistics, retail and education verticals. In his current role Sajeev heads all client-facing systems engineering and technology support initiatives across e-discovery, IP, and contract review and management. He is an expert on large scale e-discovery and contract management solutions. Sajeev often dons the hat of a technology consultant for complex technology intense projects and is the final escalation contact for technical issues. He manages and mentors a diverse team of in-house technology professionals, ranging from network engineers running datacenter operations, to software developers and project managers developing custom applications.
